| ~ RULES OF ENSEMBLE PLAYING ~ 1. Everyone should play the same piece. 2. If you play a wrong note, give a nasty glare at the person playing next to you. 3. Remember - the right note played at the wrong time is a wrong note. 4. If everyone gets lost except you, follow those who are lost. 5. When everyone else has finished playing, you should not play any notes you have left. ~ Author Unknown ~ |
Dianne plays a German-made Framus mandolin. It has uniquely shaped "cat's eye" sound holes, a pear-shaped orange/reddish body and an extra "zero fret" next to the nut. It's a beautiful little instrument, which her father rescued from oblivion by purchasing it at a garage sale. |
