| Kate Story is a writer, performer, and choreographer originally from Newfoundland who creates performance works characterized by elements of dance, theatre and performance art, often in collaboration with artists from other disciplines - musicians, choreographers, designers. She has been twice nominated (2004 and 2006) for the Ontario Arts Council's K.M. Hunter Artists Award, and in 2005 (as part of Peterborough's centennial celebrations) she was named one of the region's 100 most important performing artists. |
